What is OB7?

OB7 is OFFBEND Studios' official membership — a cultural access pass for film superfans. Members receive physical and digital credentials, monthly movie and concession credits, exclusive merch, early access to drops, and behind-the-scenes content — plus direct influence on what we build next.

How much does OB7 cost?

OB7 is $9.99/month or $89.99/year. Cancel anytime.

Is OB7 available outside the U.S.?

Not yet. OB7 is currently only available to U.S. residents, but we're working on international expansion.

BENEFITS

When do I get my OB7 Member Card?

A serialized metal card ships within seven (7) days of sign-up. You'll also receive a PNG pass immediately for use in digital wallets. A fully signed Apple/Google Wallet pass will replace the PNG once our certificate is live.

How does the $5 Monthly Movie Credit work?

On the first business day of each month, you'll receive a $5 credit via email. It can be used toward any movie ticket purchased at AMC, Regal, Cinemark, or Apple TV.

  • One active credit at a time
  • Each credit expires 90 days after it's issued

Do I really get free popcorn?

Yes. Every time you use your Movie Credit, you're eligible for up to $8 back on popcorn or concessions.

  • Upload a same-day receipt via the OB7 portal
  • Reimbursement is sent within 24 hours via Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App
  • Limit one concession reimbursement per calendar month

What's the OB7 Shop Discount?

OB7 members receive 12% off eligible items in the OFFBEND Shop. This discount is auto-applied at checkout when logged in.

What items are excluded from the discount?

Gift cards, pre-discounted bundles, special collaborations, and marked limited releases are excluded.

What kind of exclusive merch do I get?

OB7-only merchandise drops are announced via email and in the Backstage Community. These are limited-run items and often sell out quickly. First come, first served.

What does Early Access mean?

OB7 members get a 48-hour head start on trailers, event tickets, product launches, and more.

  • Access links are unique and may not be shared publicly.

What is the Backstage Community?

A private space for members on Discord and Instagram Close Friends where we share behind-the-scenes footage, host AMAs, launch polls, and stream watch parties.

  • Admission is invite-only and monitored for community compliance
  • Violations can result in removal without refund

What is the Prototype Pass?

Each quarter, OB7 members are invited to participate in Offbend Labs betas — including AR scenes, AI-powered audition tools, and more.

  • Participation requires NDA acceptance
  • Space may be limited depending on test capacity

ACCOUNT & BILLING

When will I be billed?

You'll be billed immediately upon joining, then auto-renewed every 30 days (monthly) or every 365 days (annual).

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes — email hello@offbend.com and we'll help with the switch before your next billing cycle.

How do I update my shipping or account info?

Log into your OFFBEND account and update your address or details anytime.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel at any time. To avoid being billed again, cancel at least two (2) business days before your next renewal date by contacting hello@offbend.com or cancelling in the account portal under 'Billing'.

What if I didn't receive something I'm owed?

If your member card, credits, or emails haven't arrived, or you have any account issues, contact hello@offbend.com and we'll help.
