OB7 Membership Program - Terms of Service

1. Membership Overview

OB7 is a paid membership program that offers the following benefits:

• 12% Discount Shop-Wide: Members receive a 12% discount on all eligible items in our online store.
• Exclusive Member-Only Items: Access to items available only to OB7 members.
• Birthday Gift: Each member will receive a special birthday gift during their birthday month.
• Member-Only Events: Invitations to exclusive events that are available only to OB7 members.
• Free Movie Theater Popcorn: (Coming Soon) OB7 members will have access to a portal to submit movie theater receipts for popcorn reimbursement.
• Behind-the-Scenes Access: Gain behind-the-scenes content and early previews of upcoming OFFBEND projects.
• Limited Edition Merchandise: Opportunities to purchase limited-edition merchandise available only to members.
• Voting on Future Projects: OB7 members can participate in exclusive voting on future OFFBEND projects.
• Membership Card: A physical or digital membership card will be issued to each member.

2. Membership Plans and Billing

OB7 offers two membership options:

• Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly.
• Annual Subscription: Billed annually.

All payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to OB7, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method through Stripe on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.

3. Payment and Cancellation

Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made for OB7 are non-refundable. This includes any payments for the monthly or annual plan. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including for partial months or unused benefits.

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). You will continue to have access to your membership benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Membership Benefits

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of the membership benefits at any time. Some benefits, such as the popcorn reimbursement program, may not be available immediately and will be introduced in the future.

5. Use of Benefits

Discounts: The 12% shop-wide discount is available on all eligible products. Some items may be excluded from the discount.

Voting on Future Projects: As an OB7 member, you may be invited to vote on certain OFFBEND projects. Voting does not guarantee that your choice will be the final decision, but it will contribute to the decision-making process.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for any activities or actions that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

7. Termination of Membership

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership at our discretion, including if we suspect you are using the program in violation of these Terms or for any fraudulent activity. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

8. Changes to the Terms

OFFBEND reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately. By continuing your membership after the changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OFFBEND will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the OB7 membership program.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your membership in OB7 will be resolved in the courts of Indiana.
