OB7 MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM — TERMS OF SERVICE

1 · Membership Overview

OB7 is a paid subscription that currently includes:

1. Member Card + Digital Pass – a serialized metal card ships within seven days of sign-up; a PNG wallet pass is available immediately. A fully signed Apple/Google Wallet pass will replace the PNG once our developer certificate is active.
2. $5 Monthly Movie Credit – emailed on the first business day of each month; redeemable at AMC, Regal, Cinemark, or Apple TV; expires 90 days after issue; one active credit at a time.
3. 12% Shop Discount – auto-applied at checkout when you are signed in; excludes gift cards, already-discounted bundles, special collaborations, and certain limited releases as marked.
4. Exclusive Member-Only Merchandise – limited drops announced by email or inside the Backstage Community; first-come, first-served.
5. 48-Hour Early Access – a two-day head start on trailers, tickets, and product launches. Links are personal and may not be shared publicly.
6. Free Popcorn / Concession Credit – each time you redeem your Movie Credit you may claim up to US $8 toward popcorn (or comparable concession). Upload a same-day receipt in the portal; reimbursement is sent via Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle within 24 hours. Limit one claim per calendar month.
7. Backstage Community – invitation-only Discord server and Instagram Close Friends for live BTS, AMAs, polls, and watch parties. Community rules apply; violations can result in removal without refund.
8. Prototype Pass – quarterly invite to Offbend Labs betas (e.g., AR scenes, AI audition tools). Participation requires acceptance of a non-disclosure agreement; slots may be capped for load testing.

2 · Plans & Billing

• Pricing: US $9.99 per month or US $89 per year. Introductory rates may change with at least 30 days' email notice.
• Processor: All charges are handled by Stripe on OFFBEND's behalf. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method.
• Auto-Renewal: Your plan renews automatically every 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (annual) until cancelled. If a payment fails, access to perks pauses until the balance is cleared.

3 · Cancellations & Refunds

• Non-Refundable: All payments are final; partial-period refunds are not provided.
• How to Cancel: You may cancel either (a) in the Account › Billing section of your OFFBEND profile or (b) by emailing hello@offbend.com. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, complete the cancellation at least two business days before your renewal date. Your benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4 · Changes to Benefits

We may add, modify, or discontinue any perk at our sole discretion. If a material change reduces overall value, we will give you 30 days' advance notice and, if no comparable substitution is offered, you may request a pro-rated refund for the remaining term.

5 · Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

6 · Termination by OFFBEND

We may suspend or terminate membership, without refund, for violation of these Terms, fraud, or abuse of the program.

7 · Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OFFBEND shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to OB7 membership. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you have paid for OB7 during the 12 months preceding the claim.

8 · Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
